Needs of the Willows Residents ignored again

Route W1 New bus service for West Windsor
I am concerned about the above bus route that has recently come into service to cover the area of West Windsor and to ask why, this service provides mobility for the residence of West Windsor on the Ruddlesway side of the Maidenhead Road Who simply have to stand on the pavement and wave the driver down to be picked up..But the residents of West Windsor from the Willows Residential Home Park situated on the Maidenhead Road side of the Ruddlesway/A308/Maidenhead Road Roundabout needs are ignored. Is it the case that the residents of the Willows are to be ignored by the Borough at every turn. The nearest bus stop to us is a quarter of a mile walk away from the centre of the Willows and for others a half mile walk to this bus stop. Why has the route of this service not been extended along the Maidenhead Road as far as the Eton Excelsior Rowing Club. Where there is ample room for the bus to turn around without reversing. (I can confirm this as I have personally turned a LGV1 with a 40 ft trailer in this area and a 29 ft coach also without the need to reverse while manoeuvring these vehicles) The bus would then return along the Maidenhead Road stopping outside of the Willows to pick up passengers from the 200 dwellings situated there. It would then carry on its route across the roundabout again along Ruddlesway etc. This extension of the journey would I believe add no more than 10 mins to the time table. Who on earth did People to Places, the operators of this service, consult with about this service when the idea was first voiced with the council. It was certainly not the residents of the Willows.
