Phones are being stolen from Windsor cafes! Locals are being warned to leave mobile phones inside their pockets and not leave them on tables when they are out dining in cafes and restaurants. Thieves operating in the area have used a tactic of placing maps over the table to snatch mobile phones. Be vigilante!
