Grrr. That is one of THE most infuriating things about Windsor is the lack of parking, and aside from that, the COST of some of the car parks! Completely outrageous some of them. Often all the ground and Victoria Car Parks are full. Alexandra Gardens you can end up just driving round and round in circles.
I do sometimes find a space in the Home Park, though that can be a bit of a trek up in to town. And just paying in there can involve a bit of a walk too!
Other than that it's the Kind Edward multi storey, but there's not as many spaces in there as you might think.
It can be extremely frustrating, but the streets of Windsor are so densely packed I just don't know where else they could put one. Any ideas?
Tell me about the Farm Shop though. I keep meaning to have a look in there. Is it good? What do they have?

We tend to park in the college car park when we go at weekends! The Farm Shop was very good. Lots of lovely fruit and vegetables - hugh mushrooms! Honey from the Queen's bees, apple juice from Sandringham, cakes, bread, chutneys, beer, cheese, pasties, pies, meat.... lots and lots to look at. We came away with cheese, bread, onion marmalade, chutney, a pork and stilton pie and a pastie!! We also went to the coffee shop which I can highly recommend - lovely surroundings - we sat outside and had tea and coffee with strawberry tarts - so much nicer than the stodgy cakes that get served up at Starbucks and Costas. Well worth a visit!
Wow, that sounds amazing! Thanks Maggie. I will make a point of stopping there next time instead of just driving by and thinking 'I must go in there one day!'
