I was inspired by one tv show (it shall remain anonymous until you have guessed it ;) ) about how to spend a day in a city without spending a single dollar. I thought about Windsor and we can spend a day in Windsor without spending a single penny. Can anyone suggest me places and ideas on how where one can enjoy without spending money? I will hopefully do an article that will encourage to visit Windsor, budget or no budget.
