Do you think car parking fees have risen in Windsor?

Car parking fees are on the rise everywhere - it's ridiculous. We are in really tough economical times and every penny counts and it's not made easier by things like parking fees creeping up. You would have thought they would be offering parking incentives to get people to the shops rather than charging us more. I know the constant rise in fees is putting me off going into town to shop which can only be a bad thing for the local businesses. A real shame.
