Claire's Accessories is a small branch but its usually busy with customers and messy. Sometimes you walk in, afraid to step on an item left lying on the floor. Its no fun for a shopper to walk in to a shop with a messy outlook and staff are not bothered with tidying up as they go along with their customer service duties. Today I saw it happen again, I just walked out.
