I spent over 40 minutes in this small shop deciding what I wanted to buy. Its a great little shop budget wise, uniqueness and quirky ideas. For Valentines, there is an ultra cute cupcake kit..... in red packaging for £12. Thats a real bargain...and a great gift for someone who likes making cupcakes.

    I found the most cutest and softest baby shoes at Oliver Bonas and that too at a very affordable price. They are soft and furry, and perfect for keeping tiny tootsies toasty during Winter time.

    Customer Service towards the end of day.

       

    Oliver Bonas is one of my favourite shops in Windsor, because I am always buying birthday gifts from there and I will always find something quirky and unusual to buy. And I love the clothes section. However, despite the wonderful stock they have, I cannot say much for customer service. Not wishing to speak for the whole team but I found one particular member of the team (possibly from a management team) to be particularly unhelpful when I came into the shop ten minutes before it was closing. She was in a rush to close up, bringing sandwich boards in, and hurriedly gave me information without stopping to talk to me. I can understand that she must have had a long day and didn't mean to hurry me up. But for the future, how one deals with a customer, are in the position to shape a customer's perception of the store image...both in a positive and negative sense.
